Apricot Brie Dip



  •  2 rounds brie cheese (16 ounces total), cut rind off
  • 1/2 cup S&J Dried Apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup S&J Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 cup orange juice


  • S&J Natural Sliced Almonds   
  • 1 small green apple
  •  baguette or gluten free crackers



1.       In a slow cooker, add apricots, preserves, and juice; whisk to combine. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.

2.       Cut the brie cheese into cubes, and place in slow cooker; stir, cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.

3.       Once ready, place slow cooker on low and serve with sliced baguette, gluten free crackers or green apples.
